Is there any difference between nofollow and external nofollow tag?

I know about rel=”nofollow” tag, was introduced by the Google in 2005. Google do not pass any PR juice to the targeted link, if nofollow tag used. I have seen more than one site using "external nofollow" tags. So question is that, is there any difference between them and is they matter for search engine optimization?

Can I add polls in blogger’s blog?

A poll needs access to database to save information, but in blogger we do not have access to database. So, is there any way to add polls in blogger?

Hello! I am WAQAR ANWAR and i am going to start new QnA blog “Blogging Answers”. Blog title is describing the theme of this site pretty good. Blogging gays can ask any questions related to Blogging or any problem that a blogger can face. Like widget, SEO and SERPs, blogger, wordpress, link building, webmaster resources and tool, AdSense, adword, templates and themes …….etc. not a complete list. Questions are not restricted to blogging problems, blogger may need information about any service and widget etc. before they use, so they can ask.
